ALD A5

The A5 is a further development of the previously introduced Audio Anatomy AA5 loudspeaker, which has received much praise at international Hi-Fi fairs and in Hi-Fi publications. The ALD A5 is a combination of intuition and craftsmanship, and it easily rivals any loudspeaker of the same size, regardless of price.
 
The A5 is a 2-way loudspeaker, in which low frequencies (below 1.6 kHz) are reproduced by a single 6½” Nanomatrix woofer and higher frequencies (above 1.6 kHz) by a HFD triple tweeter system, which produces a horizontal acoustic fan.
 
The A5 forms the sound waves in such a way that the most important frequencies are transmitted to the listener in a fan-shaped form (Horizontal Fan-shaped Dispersion – HFD). This significantly reduces floor and ceiling reflections. As a result, the sound reaching the listener is cleaner and the phase behavior is closer to the original than when reproduced with traditional loudspeakers. Thus, the illusion of a live-concert feeling is literally tangible with the A5. In addition, the dynamics and depth of the sound represents the best quality of its size.
